"Highly competent people underperform in their first months — not because they lack skills, but because they lack a strategy for entering the role."
The difference is not capability. It is how you show up — and act — from day one.
The window for making a strong first impression closes faster than most people think. And everything discussed in this program stays strictly between us.
You've just been offered the role. Or you've just started. The pressure is already there — to perform, to build credibility, to show that the decision to hire you was the right one. And you sense that how you handle the next few weeks will matter more than most people admit.
Six shifts that change how you enter — and how you are seen.
Four components, designed to work together across 12 weeks of your actual role.
Most professionals enter a new role in reactive mode. This program changes that.
A mismanaged first 90 days can cost you months of credibility. This program costs less than a week of your salary.
This program combines strategic thinking, real-world business experience from global organisations, and coaching methodology. You get both the reflection and the action.
Every session is tied to what is actually happening in your role — not a generic curriculum delivered the same way to everyone.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. If you are currently entering a new role, now is the right moment.
I spent over 20 years working in international organisations — at a level where decisions have real consequences for business, teams, and the direction of a company.
At L'Oréal, I built my first teams and learned what it actually means to lead people — not just manage projects. At Nespresso, I was part of the leadership team for Poland and the Baltics, contributing to strategic decisions at leadership level. At Nike, I worked inside a global matrix — navigating across markets, stakeholders, and shifting priorities in a fast and ambiguous environment.
That experience gave me something I bring directly into this work: I understand what role entry looks like at different levels of an organisation, how to build influence without formal authority, and how to earn trust quickly inside complex structures.
Today I combine that with coaching and psychology. I hold an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am completing a Master's degree in Psychology. I don't help you settle in. I prepare you to step into influence. We work on your real situation — not theory.
If you are entering a new role now, this is the right moment to talk.
