Your First 90 Days

The first 90 days aren't about settling in.

The pattern I've seen repeatedly
"Highly competent people underperform in their first months — not because they lack skills, but because they lack a strategy for entering the role."

The difference is not capability. It is how you show up — and act — from day one.

The window for making a strong first impression closes faster than most people think. And everything discussed in this program stays strictly between us.

Who this is for

Built for professionals at a pivotal moment

You've just been offered the role. Or you've just started. The pressure is already there — to perform, to build credibility, to show that the decision to hire you was the right one. And you sense that how you handle the next few weeks will matter more than most people admit.

You're stepping into a new role
At manager, director, or VP level — in a new organisation, a new team, or a significantly different context than before
Your scope has just expanded
You've inherited a larger team, a wider remit, or a stakeholder landscape that's more complex than anything you've managed before
You're returning after a break
Re-entering a demanding, fast-moving environment after a career break — and you want to come back with a strategy, not just enthusiasm
The environment is complex
International, matrixed, or politically layered organisations where the informal rules matter as much as the formal ones
What you walk away with

Six shifts. Ninety days.

Six shifts that change how you enter — and how you are seen.

From hoping it goes well to having a plan — a personal entry strategy, written and pressure-tested before you need it
From guessing who matters to knowing exactly — a full stakeholder map with a clear approach for each person before they form an opinion of you
From busy to focused — clarity on where your time and energy actually moves things, and what to let go of early
From reacting to shaping — a communication approach that positions you intentionally, at every level of the organisation
From waiting to feel ready to deciding with confidence — the ability to act under pressure, with incomplete information, from the very first weeks
From new hire to strategic partner — a reputation built intentionally, so you are seen as someone who came in and led
What's included

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Four components, designed to work together across 12 weeks of your actual role.

1
1:1 Strategic Coaching Sessions
The core of the program
10 sessions · 60 minutes each · weekly · online (Zoom or Teams)
Every session works on your current, real situation — not theory
2
Your Personal Strategic Plan
A working document — not a template
Stakeholder map, business priorities, quick wins, communication approach
Co-created with you — practical, specific, and ready to use from week one
3
Frameworks, Tools & Checklists
Ready to use from day one
Checklists for first 1:1s, team meetings, and stakeholder conversations
Strategic questions you can use immediately — no preparation needed
4
Between-Session Support
Where the real-time value happens
Direct access via email or WhatsApp throughout the 12 weeks
Input before key meetings, decisions, and conversations as they happen
How it progresses
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–3
Diagnose
We map your environment together — who holds real influence, what the unwritten rules are, and where the risks are that most people only discover too late.
Phase 2 · Weeks 4–7
Position
We define how you show up — your first visible moves, the relationships to build, and the narrative you want others to have about you.
Phase 3 · Weeks 8–12
Influence
We consolidate what's working and sharpen what isn't — so by day 90 you are seen as someone who came in and led, not someone who is still finding their feet.
The shift

From reactive to strategic

Most professionals enter a new role in reactive mode. This program changes that.

Without a strategy
  • The first months pass in a blur of meetings and catch-up
  • Waiting for the right moment to act — which never quite arrives
  • Reacting to the agenda others set for you
  • Sensing that the narrative about you is forming — without your input
With the program
  • Leading with clarity and a visible point of view
  • Making confident decisions from the first weeks
  • Perceived as a strategic partner, not a new hire
  • Focused, intentional, and ahead of expectations
Investment

One program. Lasting impact.

Full 12-week program

A mismanaged first 90 days can cost you months of credibility. This program costs less than a week of your salary.

Strategy meets coaching

This program combines strategic thinking, real-world business experience from global organisations, and coaching methodology. You get both the reflection and the action.

Every session is tied to what is actually happening in your role — not a generic curriculum delivered the same way to everyone.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. If you are currently entering a new role, now is the right moment.

Executive Leadership Coach
ACC Certified Coach · ICF  ·  MSc Psychology candidate

I spent over 20 years working in international organisations — at a level where decisions have real consequences for business, teams, and the direction of a company.

At L'Oréal, I built my first teams and learned what it actually means to lead people — not just manage projects. At Nespresso, I was part of the leadership team for Poland and the Baltics, contributing to strategic decisions at leadership level. At Nike, I worked inside a global matrix — navigating across markets, stakeholders, and shifting priorities in a fast and ambiguous environment.

That experience gave me something I bring directly into this work: I understand what role entry looks like at different levels of an organisation, how to build influence without formal authority, and how to earn trust quickly inside complex structures.

Today I combine that with coaching and psychology. I hold an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am completing a Master's degree in Psychology. I don't help you settle in. I prepare you to step into influence. We work on your real situation — not theory.
